Olympiad exams are conducted at various levels to provide students with a platform to showcase their academic abilities and compete with their peers.
the first level, which is held within schools, and the final level, which is conducted at the district headquarters.
The first level exam is typically held in November the final level exam is held in January and is conducted by the Prathibha Academy.
The highest scorer from each class / school is announced as the first level winner, with the top scorers qualifying for the final level exam.
Rankings are announced based on the marks obtained in both the first and final level exams, with separate rankings provided for class-wise and subject-wise performance.
NOTE:- Number of ranks are decided on the number of participants on the ratio of 10:1, 20:2, 30:3…………… on all the levels
